Courses

At School Support Solutions we devise excellent training courses based upon current research and best practice which are of good value and can be rapidly utilised upon returning to school. We encourage participation and discussion and have found that building in time to reflect upon and discuss the course content with other delegates is of great benefit.

School leadership has never been more challenging and complex than it is today and getting the best out of everyone in your school requires an extraordinary breadth of skills. We have designed a range of practical training courses for school leaders at all levels, which will support change management and build the capacity of the team.

In addition to this, we have developed a series of highly successful workshops for teachers and teaching assistants to further develop their skills. Each workshop can stand alone, or delegates can attend a series of sessions over the course of the academic year.

We appreciate that it can be difficult to find the time and funds for professional development, but it is important to invest in yourself and the staff team, as this will lead to better outcomes for pupils.
