Practical implementation strategies.
This is the second event in our series on effective implementation based on the new EEF School’s Guide to Implementation.
We covered the factors required to get ready for implementation in the first session. During this event, we will explore how to undertake implementation by sharing practical strategies.
The EEF recommends the need for a structured, but flexible, process to enact implementation. The process is divided into four phases:
- Explore
- Prepare
- Deliver
- Sustain
We look at how this four phase process helps leaders navigate implementation. Combining this with the behaviours and contextual factors shared in session 1 will help leaders to implement any changes effectively.
This event is suitable for leaders at all levels, including subject and senior leaders. It will be especially useful for staff who have not recently undertaken and NPQ.
Please note that while this session is linked to the earlier event ‘Key strategies to get implementation ready‘, it does stand alone.
