What subject leaders need to know about implementation

Many subject leaders find it difficult to know how to successfully implement and sustain new initiatives and create buy in from staff members. If this is you, or you are new to subject leadership then join our event.

In this event we will use the updated Education Endowment Foundation implementation guidance: Putting Evidence to Work to develop understanding and good practice. We will discuss behaviours that drive effective implementation, how to engage and unite people including why it matters and the importance of reflection, monitoring and adaptation to improve implementation.

This event is aimed at all subject leaders who are less familiar when implementing practices in their subjects, including those who are new to subject leadership.
