What subject leaders need to know about Early Years

Many subject leaders are unsure how Early Years provision fits in with their national curriculum subject, or how to monitor in EYFS. If this is you, join our event where we will demystify Early Years!

During this event we will explain how the the foundational knowledge taught in EYFS relates to the national curriculum. We will explain how subject leaders can check that their subject’s curriculum is build on firm foundations. We shall also share ways you can carry out a lesson visit to Early Years and evaluate the provision, linked to your subject.

This event is aimed at subject leaders who are less familiar with the Early Years Foundation Stage, particularly those who lead foundation subjects.
